What Is Medical Filling?
Fillers are mostly natural medicinal products that add volume to the applied body area and have a suspending effect. In this respect, fillers give volume and shape to the body area to which they are applied, and remove skin wrinkles, sagging, and skin traces that have created a collapse compared to normal tissue.
Fillers are divided into three main groups as temporary, semi-permanent and full-permanent, according to their effects on the body area to which they are applied. Of these, temporary fillings containing hyaluronic acid are the most preferred fillings all over the world. Fillers are mostly applied to the face area and less to other body areas.
